A Clare-based recruitment specialist is warning the housing is having a direct impact on the country’s ability to attract medical professionals.
Richard Morton is responding to the recently published Excel Recruitment Healthcare Salary Guide, which shows nine in ten healthcare employers are struggling to attract and retain staff.

The guide also shows that some healthcare providers are becoming landlords for their employees, in an attempt to secure workers.
