A twinning reception between a Clare school and another school on a Scottish island will be held in Ennis today.
Gaelscoil Mhichil Ciosog, located on the Gort Road in Clare’s County Town has been twinned with Scoil Shiaboist which is based in Lewis, in the Western Isles, off the coast of Scotland.
Last summer, students from Clare travelled to Lewis and this week, 30 students and teachers have come to Clare, with today’s reception marking the beginning of this visit.
The reception at Áras Chontae an Chláir begins at 11:00 this morning.
