Clare has woken up today with 4 new T’D’s after counting in general election 2011 conluded in the early hours of Sunday morning.
After over 16 hours of counting and 16 candiates the four representatives for the new Dail were finalised at around 2am today.
Fine Gael’s Pat Breen along with Joe Carey also of Fine Gael with Michael Mc Namara of Labour and Fianna Fail’s Timmy Dooley will all represent Clare in the 31st Dail.
