Complaints rise to Financial Ombudsman

The Financial Services Ombudsman received 3-thousand-700 complaints between January and June.

That’s up 5 per cent compared to the same period last year.

40 per cent of the grievances against banks related to mortgages – including tracker rate issues, poor administration and dissatisfaction over repayment terms.
