Cost Of Renting In Clare Jumps By More Than 16%

The cost of renting a home in Clare has risen by more than 16% in the space of a year.

New figures from the Residential Tenancies Board show the average cost of renting a home in the county rose to just over 963 euro in the last quarter of 2021, compared to 829 euro in the same period the previous year.

It means the average cost of renting a home in this county has increased by 97% from the lowest point ten years ago.
