Two men charged in connection with the death of Lissycasey man Brian Casey are due back in court today.
29 year old Harry Dinan with an address of 10 Waterpark Heights in Ennis and 22 year old Kevin Dinan of 3 Clarehill, Clarecastle are both charged with assault causing harm.
26 year old Brian Casey died from injuries sustained in an alleged assault in Ennis Town Centre on St Stephen’s Night last.
