An Bord Pleanala says a decision on whether it will give the go-ahead to the construction of a major wind farm near Doonbeg has been further deferred.
Clare Coastal Wind Power Ltd is seeking permission to construct the Shragh Wind Farm, which would comprise of 45 turbines across a number of townlands.
However, the project has been met with some opposition locally.
The planning appeals authority was due to issue its ruling on the matter today, but a spokesperson has told Clare FM that a decision has not yet been made and will require further time
