Efforts to provide social housing in Miltown Malbay are continuing amid concerns about a long awaited new estate.
The stalled project on the Mullagh Road in Miltown Malbay consists of 34 council houses, including senior housing.
The building contract, undertaken by Multeen Developments Ltd, has been halted as a provisional liquidator has been appointed to the company.
In a statement to Clare FM, Clare County Council say they are working with the liquidator to ensure the development is completed.
