East Clare IBTS Member Warns Hospital Services Will Be Impacted By Low Blood Supply

An East Clare member the Irish Blood Transfusion Service is warning that hospital services will be impacted if its blood supply is not quickly replenished.

The service has issued a pre-amber alert due to alarmingly low blood stock levels, with just 2.2 days worth of O negative, 3.1 days of A negative and 2.6 days of B negative remaining.
