Hughes and Hughes Bookshop in Ennis is set to come under the Easons banner.
It’s one of three shops run by businessman Derek Hughes to transfer and operate as Eason franchises from next month.
Mr Hughes says the 33 staff at the outlets in Ennis and Dublin will be retained while the coffee shop attached to the property will continue to trade as normal.
