A popular Clare walkway has been closed to the public this morning.
Clare County Council has imposed a temporary closure on the Ennis River Walk to carry out essential maintenance works.
The closure will facilitate public lighting enhancements throughout the route which stretches from the Mill Water Wheel opposite the Maid of Erin Roundabout to Harvey’s Quay.
The amenity will remain closed tomorrow Thursday and will reopen on Friday.
