Finding Of Con Lucey Review To Be Revealed Today

The findings of review of pay at the Irish Farmers Association which has been carried out by a Clare economist will be revealed today.

Ballynacally man Con Lucey was tasked with carrying out the review following controversy over the pay of former General Secretary Pat Smith. 

Last month, it emerged that Mr Smith was paid around half a million euro in salary and was given a two million euro severance package.

IFA President Eddie Downey also resigned over the issue.
