A former Clare TD has labelled Budget 2013 as ‘cruel’ and ‘obscene’.
A number of budget measures, including the introduction of a property tax, the decision to abolish the PRSI threshold and the cut to the children’s allowance have been criticised by opposition parties following the coalition’s announcement yesterday.
