Planning permission is being sought for the construction of six houses in a North Clare village.
The application was submitted by John Vaughan on March 15th for the development at Holland Street in Liscannor.
In addition to the construction of six dwellings, the proposed works include on-site wastewater pre-treatment, connections to public services, public road and green space, entrances and all associated site development works.
Submissions in relation to the development must be submitted by April 18th and a decision is due on the application by May 9th.
