Gardaí are investigating a burglary at a business premises in Ennis.
It’s understood the alarm was activated at an outlet on O Connell Street after 1am on Saturday morning.
Entry had been gained to the shop by removing slates on the roof and forcing entry through the ceiling slabs, with a quantity of electric equipment stolen thereafter.
