A high-profile meeting is due to take place in Ennis this afternoon to discuss the future of Parnell Street.

Councillors and other groups are to meet with traders in the area, amid concerns over the number of vacant properties there and plans to rejuvenate the area.
Members of the public are also being asked to attend the gathering on Parnell Street from 2.30pm.
Mayor of Ennis Pat Daly is appealing to owners of derelict buildings on the street to come forward to see what assistance is available to them.
