A national Traveller representative group says there’s still hope of retaining a key health project in Clare, despite the closure of its parent organisation.
The Traveller Primary Health Care Project was suspended after Ennis CDP – which is to shut at the end of June – was unable to transfer it to another host company.

Pavee Point insists it’s still optimistic about ongoing efforts by the HSE to maintain services.
Director Ronnie Fay believes the project is too important to be allowed to lapse.
