IKEA is recalling a coffee and tea maker over fears about its safety.
The home-furnishings retailer says pressure from the metal holder of the FORSTA coffee and tea maker can cause the glass pot to break unexpectedly.
It’s asking customers who have one to stop using it immediately and to bring it back to any IKEA store for a full refund.
There has been 20 reports of the glass pot breaking – including 12 reports of burn injures and one of a laceration injury.
It was sold in IKEA stores between February and December 2010.
