A Kilkee chartered physiotherapist says digital healthcare is crucial to dealing with the current crisis in the sector.
The latest EY’s Global Voices in Health Care Study has found there will be a 10 million personnel shortage of healthcare workers worldwide by 2030.
Healthcare clinicians in the study sighted a lack of autonomy, mental burden and mental injuries due to patient welfare as reasons why they are considered leaving the sector.
