A temporary restriction on the capacity of liquids, gels and aerosols permitted onboard flights comes into effect at Shannon Airport and all airports across the EU today.
Under new EU Commission laws, passengers will not be allowed containers greater than 100ml in their cabin baggage.
The restriction applies to cabin baggage only and not checked in luggage.
