A man is due before a special sitting of Ennis District Court tonight in connection with the discovery of a body in North Clare yesterday.
Gardai have charged the man, aged in his 30’s in relation to the incident after the body of 78-year-old Lisdoonvarna resident John O’Neill was found in a house in the area.
The man was arrested yesterday for offences under the Non-Fatal Offences Against The Person’s Act, 1997.
He will appear before the court at 9.30pm.
