Gardaí recovered eleven thousand euro worth of heroin in two separate raids on a house in the town.
The drugs find comes following a number of recent Garda searches in recent weeks into the distribution of drugs in Ennis.
The two raids in Ennis were carried out in the last week
During the searches, Gardaí recovered 8 thousand euro worth of heroin on one occasion and a further three thousand euro worth of the drug in a second raid.
One man has been arrested and charged at Ennis Garda Station.
He is due to appear at Ennis District Court later this morning charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply.
