A man's body has been discovered in Tallaght in Dublin.
It's understood that he may have been the victim of a shooting.
Gardaí say a member of the public came across the remains just after 9 o'clock this morning at Hills Lane, Crooksling.
The scene has been sealed off to allow for a forensic examination and the office of the state pathologist has been notified.
