The Mayor of Clare has travelled to New York ahead of this week’s St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations in the city.
Independent Councillor Christy Curtin will lead the Clare Delegation in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade this Thursday
Before that, he and county manager Tom Coughlan will meet with business, tourism and cultural agencies to discuss the assets of County Clare.
Councillor Curtin has also told Clare Fm that he is paying his own expenses for the trip.
