A delivery of PPE organised by the MidWest Hospital Campaign is set to benefit nursing homes all across the county.
Following local fundraising and a county-wide appeal for PPE, the group has now assembled roughly 400 units destined for 11 nursing homes.
One of the coordinators of the MidWest Hospital Campaign says they were glad to get the equipment for our most vulnerable members of society.
Noeleen Moran says those working in the homes are very grateful.
