Now it its 17th year, the event is one of the most important fundraisers of the year for the hospice, which provides care to people from across Clare, Limerick and Tipperary.
Each year the tree at Milford is adorned with thousands of sparkling lights, each one in honour of a loved one who has passed away.
It gets underway tomorrow at 6 o'clock and Chief Executive of Milford Hospice Pat Quinlan says it can be a great comfort to those who have lost loved ones during the year.
