It’s hoped Mohammed Ali can continue to provide inspiration to young people in Ennis, two years on from his historic visit.
Ennis Town Council has announced plans to host an event in Glór where local secondary school students will be encouraged to be "the Best that they Can be" in a series of motivational talks from figures in the world of sport, academic achievement and other walks of life.
The event is based on Mohammed Ali’s humanitarian initiatives and is expected to take place next month.
