There’s good news on the employment front in Clare today.
Restaurant chain Hillbilly’s officially opens a new branch in Ennis, creating over 15 new jobs.
The 600 thousand euro investment will be a welcome boost for Clare’s County Town, given the current economic downturn.
Hillbilly’s which is famous for its fried chicken was established over a decade ago and has 9 branches nationwide including ones in Tralee and Cork
The Mayor of Ennis Frankie Neylon will be on hand to officially open the restaurant for business at noon today
