It’s claimed a new business initiative for Clare will see the county become the first to emerge from recession.
The initiative titled "Create the Magic" is the brainchild of the Ennis Development Forum and Ennis Chamber of Commerce and is hoped to improve customer service and promote retail in Clare’s county town.
It comes following a meeting with Ennis business representatives and general election candidates in a bid to improve trade and employment within the county.
