A post-budget information forum will be held in Ennis this morning.
After concerns were raised about some budgetary measures, including the abolition of the telephone allowance and the review of medical cards, the event will see discussion on the implications of Budget 2014 for the county’s residents.
The event is being hosted by Citizen Information Services and the Alliance of Social Protection Recipients, who hope this morning’s event will allay people’s fears by giving them information.
