Public Urged To Be Vigilant Due To Increase In Dumping Of Dangerous Dogs In Clare

Concerns are being raised over a notable increase in dangerous dogs being dumped throughout the county.

It follows a multitude of reports of loose Rotweillers, Bulldogs and German Shepherds showing aggressive behaviour towards members of the public, having been disowned in recent weeks.

Last year, 49 people in this county suffered injuries in dog attacks which was the highest rate nationwide.
