Sean Quinn and his son are back in the High Court today.
The former billionaire is under orders to assist IBRC, as it attempts to unwind a scheme by the Quinns to put assets beyond the reach of the former Anglo Irish Bank.
Sean Quinn could be facing his own stint in jail while his son Sean Quinn Junior may be released from prison, where he has served a sentence for contempt of court.
Deputy Business Editor with the Sunday Independent Tom Lyons says IBRC will have to apply to have Sean Quinn imprisoned if it’s found he hasn’t done enough to purge his contempt – and they may not do that.
