The Seanad meets later today for the first time since last Friday’s referendum.
Opposition senators are expected to bring forward concrete plans for reform in the wake of Friday’s vote to save the upper house.
The Reform Alliance of Fine Gael rebels will ask both the Dáil AND Seanad to set up a new committee to examine the reform plans.
