Over 70 students have graduated from the Shannon College of Hotel Management with bachelor degrees, diplomas and, remarkably, jobs.
Despite current economic difficulties, Shannon College graduates have all secured employment, something the college has achieved in each of it’s sixty years of existance.
Clare graduates include Niall Kelly from Newmarket-on-Fergus who received the Grand Hotel Malahide Scholarship and Stephen O’Callaghan of Kilrush who was presented with the Bernard O’Mahony Prize for displaying determination to succeed.
