The main opposition party is also pledging to abolish apprenticeship fees and universal social charge on the first €45,000 of earnings, while introducing a universal €450 energy credit and limiting private childcare costs to €10 per day.

 

Sinn Féin Finance Spokesperson Donegal TD Pearse Doherty insists the policies can end the housing crisis and improve the cost of living.
