The driver of Spanish train which derailed, killing 78 people on board, will appear before a judge today.
Francisco Jose Garzon Amo has been arrested on suspicion of negligent homicide, he’s expected to give testimony in front of a judge investigating the crash.
Meanwhile, forensic experts have now identified the last three bodies of the victims.
They say all families have now been notified.
