Traffic is beginning to move again on the M18 outside Newmarket-on-Fergus following a collision this evening.
A stretch of the motorway between the Dromoland and Newmarket exits going southbound was closed for a brief time after a single-vehicle collision took place.

Emergency services are at the scene and no injuries have been reported at this time.
Traffic delays are expected and motorist are advised to exit at Junction 11 if travelling southbound.
