Strong Winds Expected In Coastal Communities This Afternoon

Gusts of up to 110 kilometres an hour are expected along coastal counties this afternoon.

A status yellow wind warning has been issued for Clare and 19 other counties, while Cork and Waterford are under a status orange rainfall warning.

Forecaster with Met Éireann, Liz Walsh, says the worst of it will be over by this evening.
