More Support Needed For Refugees In Ireland

It’s claimed there are ‘many things missing’ in providing for refugees in Ireland.

Today marks World Refugee Day, with a number of events being held around the country today in celebration of the occasion.

Ireland is currently in the process of accepting 532 programme refugees – some of whom will be coming to live in Clare.

Orla Ní hEilí of the Clare Immigrant Support Centre says while supports are in place, more are needed.
