The Taoiseach has announced 200 new jobs in Shannon.
The announcement came during Mícheál Martin’s visit to EI Electronics this afternoon, where he officially opened their brand new 10,000 square metre facility in the Shannon Free Zone.
The jobs will be filled over the next 12 months, with the company already employing 1,100 people.
Peter Murphy, Strategic Business Development Manager with the company says it’s a milestone for the company.
