The Taoiseach says the issue of abortion legislation will not be left "hanging out there" – and he intends to act as soon as possible.
The report – from an expert group set up to look at the Supreme Court ruling on the X Case – has been brought to Cabinet this morning.
Enda Kenny says he expects it will be published immediately afterwards.
