Shannon Airport is reporting three months of passenger growth over the summer while figures from the Central Statistics Office reveal a 6% increase in visitors to Ireland for the first seven months of this year.
Holidaymakers from North America have seen the largest increase of 18.6% on the same period last year, while European visitor numbers are up 6%.
