Bord Bia are to provide training to people interested in becoming involved in Farmers Markets in Clare.
A regional workshop will take place in the Castletroy Park Hotel in Limerick on Tuesday, which will offer skills training and identify challenges that face farmers who take part in market trading.
It will also be an opportunity to meet fellow farmers and forge business contacts.
Maria Stokes from Bord Bia has told Clare FM's Farm Focus that farmers markets are thriving in Clare and increasing in popularity country-wide.
