Tributes have been paid to a popular Kilmaley man who died suddenly in Ballynacally in the early hours of yesterday morning.
61 year old Tony McElroy was found dead outside the local community centre following a night out in a pub in Ballynacally.
A Post mortem revealed he died from natural causes and Gardai have ruled out foul play, but they’re still apealling for anyone who was in the area on Friday night to contact Kilrush Garda Station.
Ballynacally TD Pat Breen has offered sympathy to the relatives and friends of the late Tony McElroy, describing him as a larger than life character who had many friends through his work reading the ESB Meters, as a postman, and his work with local Farmers.
