Water consumers in Ennis and some surrounding areas will experience issues with their supplies today.

Clare County Council, as agents of Irish Water, says homes and businesses may experience loss of supply, poor pressure and or discolouration between 10:30 and 4:00 today due to the flushing of water mains.
The Gort Road area, inclduing Aughanteeroe, Orchard Grove, Ard Chaoin, Ashfield Park, Leim an Bhradain, St. Michaels Park and the Ballymaley Industrial Park are affected, along with the communities of Barefield and Crusheen.
