Rebels in Libya have welcomed the UN Resolution to impose a no-fly zone over the country.
Colonel Gadaffi has vowed to show "no mercy" to those battling his regime – but also said he’ll react positively to the resolution.
France has already promised to take part in military operations in Libya and Britain will announce its plans later today.
