Uisce Éireann is working to restore water supply to homes across West Clare.
Homes and businesses in Coore, Miltown Malbay, Spanish Point, Quilty, Cooraclare and Mullagh are understood to be without water today due to a burst water main.
Works are ongoing to address the issue and are due to finish at 5pm today.
Customers are advised to allow three to four hours after the estimated restoration time for supply to fully return.
