The HSE is reminding people that the visiting ban at the Mid Western Regional Hospital is still in place.
The winter vomiting bug remains prevalent and members of the public are urged not to visit the hospital in the interest of patient health.
The HSE, in a statement to Clare Fm, said the bug is circulating in the community and visitors to the hospital are a contributing factor to the spread of the disease.
