Drivers are being urged to drive with care this morning following heavy rain in many places overnight.
A Status Orange rainfall warning remains in place for Cork and Waterford until 6 o’clock this evening, while there’s a yellow alert for Limerick, Tipperary, Kilkenny, Wexford and Kerry.

A yellow wind warning is also in place for Clare until 5 o’clock this evening.
