Peacefully in the dedicated care of Milford Care Centre, Limerick, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Elizabeth and Philip and his brother-in-law Peter. Deeply regretted and forever cherished by his loving wife Caroline, Davy, Amanda and Mark, son Philip, daughters Emma and Lauren, grandchildren Lexi, Luke and Mason, sisters Martina, Amanda, Orla and Niamh, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a very large circle of friends.
Arriving to St. Michael’s Church, Kildysart on Friday (3rd Nov.) for Funeral Mass at 9 am followed by cremation service in Shannon Crematorium at 11 am.
